news_release
Alphast Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kentaro Iwahori; “Alphast” or “the Company”) announces that its shareholders have entered into a share transfer agreement with EXEO Group, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Keigo Kajimura). Upon completion of the transaction, Alphast is expected to become a consolidated subsidiary of EXEO Group, Inc.
1. Purpose of the Share Transfer
Since its establishment in 2016, Alphast has pursued its mission of “building the foundations for global competitiveness.” Serving primarily manufacturers with global operations, the Company provides comprehensive services for the IFS enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, from implementation consulting and system development to ongoing operations and maintenance. Our core strengths in delivering this mission are our extensive track record in IFS implementations, in-depth business process expertise, highly specialized professionals, and international delivery capabilities supported by our operations in Thailand and the United States.
Since its founding in 1954, EXEO Group has built a business foundation dedicated to “connecting society” through its telecommunications infrastructure, social infrastructure, and system solutions businesses. The Group positions ERP as a core platform for digital transformation (DX) and AI transformation (AX), connecting customers’ operations, data, and locations, and is actively expanding the value-added capabilities of its system solutions business. In April 2026, Alphast began a strategic collaboration with EXEO Digital Solutions, Inc., centered on IFS Cloud. The success of this collaboration has led to the current equity partnership.
The transaction will bring together Alphast’s proven IFS track record, expertise, specialist talent, and international delivery capabilities with EXEO Group’s broad customer base, systems integration capabilities, skilled workforce, and technological strengths. Together, we will significantly expand the reach of our IFS solutions across manufacturing, construction, social infrastructure, and other sectors, both in Japan and overseas. We will also strengthen our ability to support customers’ core business operations over the long term, from solution planning and implementation through ongoing operations and maintenance.
In addition, we will accelerate the expansion of our services to include the enhancement of supporting business processes using low-code technologies and AI, as well as data management services such as business analytics enabled by data integration. Through these initiatives, we aim to help customers achieve sustained business transformation with greater speed and impact.
